The Department of Corporate Secretaryship was established in the year 2018. The department prepares the students to take up the challenges in the competitive scenario in the field of Corporate Secretarial practice. The students are given in-depth knowledge in subjects like Financial Accounting, Company Law and Secretaryship Practice, Marketing / Corporate E-Management, Business Management, Industrial Laws, Income Tax, Law & Practice, Commercial laws, Cost and Management Accounting etc. Besides class room teaching the students are provided with various opportunities like, Industrial visits, Internship trainings, conferences, Paper presentations, Community development activities etc.

The Department Library has a good collection of books and journals in corporate management. About 500 numbers of books and volumes in different areas of corporate laws, corporate accounts finance and taxation are available. The fundamental purpose has always been to support the process of research and education, by helping users find information and ascertain its value.
A good number of business magazines and newspapers are available in the reading room.
The Department is housed in one of the specious buildings in the campus. The classrooms are well equipped with all the facilities such as smart class, LCD Projector, Audio-Video Equipped.
A modernized computer centre with 30 latest configured computers. The computers are provided with the latest software and operating systems. High speed Broad Band Internet connectivity is provided in the Centre with Wi-Fi Connection.
A Conference Hall with a capacity of 120 seats, fitted with full fledged Public Address System and LCD Projector is frequently used for conducting seminars, conferences, workshops, training programmes and cultural events.

Education has a vital role in the development and abilities of students. With education expected of individuals (students) can develop to their full potential-potential qualified personal.
An awareness program was conducted on the ill effects of alcohol and the other drugs.
A few counseling sessions were conducted for students to develop life – skills.
In order to enable the students to equip themselves for the corporate world, students are encouraged to take up Institutional Training regularly.
