11.08.2026 – Drug-Free Tamil Nadu Programme 2026 – Anti-Drug Pledge
Anti-Drug awareness programme and collective pledge supporting the “Say NO to Drugs – YES to Life” campaign.

The Government of Tamil Nadu, in association with the NSS Units and Anti-Drug Club of Sir Theagaraya College, Chennai, organised an Oratorical and Drawing Competition as part of the today’s Drug-Free Tamil Nadu Programme. The competitions were conducted to create awareness among students about the harmful effects of drug abuse and to promote a healthy, responsible and drug-free lifestyle. Students actively participated in both competitions and expressed their ideas and creativity on the theme of a drug-free society. The event concluded with appreciation for the enthusiastic participation and creative contributions of the students.
